INTIMMI — Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations INTIMMI offers tracked shipping to destinations enabled in our active markets and shipping settings. The exact shipping cost for your order and destination will be shown at checkout.

2. Order Processing Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing begins after payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery Estimates Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after processing is complete. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may be affected by the carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect addresses or other events outside our control.

4. Tracking Where available, tracking information will be sent to you after your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to show movement after dispatch.

5. Shipping Address You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. INTIMMI is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Address changes are only possible before fulfilment begins — contact support@intimmi.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed.

6. International Orders and Customs For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes and customs charges upon delivery, unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. INTIMMI cannot control customs processing times or fees.

7. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments If your tracking shows no movement for an unreasonable period or your order appears lost, please contact us at support@intimmi.com. If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us at support@intimmi.com. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local delivery office before contacting us.
